Classes
Strength & Conditioning
This any-level class is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect program for any individual, regardless of experience. We teach you how to scale load and intensity; enabling you to grow muscle, build endurance and increase cardiovascular fitness. Expect barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, gymnastic work and more.
HIIT60
We combine plyometrics, strength, and body weight exercises in a station-style, high-interval workout that runs for about 50 minutes -- expect a sweat. You will utilize battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, tires, and plyo boxes. Sit ups, pulls ups, burpees, and lunges are all on the table in this fun, adjustable workout that has become a fan-favorite of the gym!
Olympic Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting consists of two types of barbell lifts: the snatch, and the clean and jerk. Both involve a full body range of motion and mastery of technique. Our owner has collected dozens of both National and World Champion Medals and really knows his stuff! Come learn from the best.
Barbell Club
This is our specialty! With tactical programming and coaching from owner Jared Coon, you can train in person or virtually as part of the Westerly Barbell Club. We focus on progressive training cycles to improve your strength and technique in all your Olympic Lifts; great for preparing for a Championship or reaching a new PR.
Cross-training
The goal is to target different muscle groups, enhance cardiovascular health, increase flexibility, and build a well-rounded foundation of fitness. We aim to improve overall physical performance, reduce the risk of injury, and prevent training plateaus. This one is always fresh and fun.
Hardcore Core
This spicy session goes beyond the basics, incorporating dynamic movements to strengthen and sculpt your abs, obliques, lower back, and stabilizer muscles. Expect a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movements that challenge both your strength and endurance.
Open Gym
This a chance for whatever your body needs: functional fitness, mobility, active recovery or makeup strength days. You do you.
Schedule
We kindly ask that you reserve your spot in class on Zenplanner. If we don’t have anyone signed up for morning classes by 9pm the night before, or for any other classes at least an hour before they will be cancelled. Walk-ins can email us and we are happy to accomodate.
Thank you so much for your consideration!
